This body scrub. I originally wandered into the store, which is in my building, a couple days after my babe was born. My mom and sister and I were just checking things out. They tested the products on us in store and we all fell in love. I’ve never been super into scrubs, partially because I think they’re weird and never know when to use them. This stuff, for some reason, got me! I swear, it leaves your skin softer than a baby’s bottom. Like SUPER soft. And who doesn’t want that as I’m sure everyone’s skin is drying up with all the changing weather! I keep it in the shower. I use often on my hands/arms! I’ll even use it on my feet when I give myself a pedi :) Another good use? Full body exfoliation before you use any self-tanner. See below obsession <3 Personally, I love the Gentleman scent but then again I’ve always had a thing for the way a guy smells.

This hand soap. I’m a religious user of Bath and Body Works soaps. Foam specifically. The fall time is my favorite for scents! This season, I’m looooving on this scent – Toasted Vanilla Coconut! It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy and happy! Plus it of course cleans your hands really well! As a momma to a 5 month old babe and a puppy, I clean my hands constantly! This stuff doesn’t dry me out like others!

This sunless tanner mousse. Okay, so I’ve posted about self-tanners before! While I still love the one I posted about here and also this one here, I found this new one (Ulta’s brand) that I’ve recently been trying and am super happy with! I typically use a gel/lotion, but this one is a mousse. I love that I can see it go on super well. The whole idea is that you exfoliate before (I use the body scrub mentioned above) then apply the foam to your body. Let it set in for 4 hours before you shower. It goes on dark, but about half of the color will wash away in the shower – totally normal! I use it all over my body including my face! Though it can be a tad inconvenient trying to find 4 hours to NOT be showered, I do really like the results! One warning, this foam sets quickly. I think it’s recommended to use a mitt but I used my hands. I had to wash my hands between each body part I applied it to. If you wait to wash it until the end, you may be in trouble :)

The Apple Watch. So this post is an upgrade to a previous obsession from September. I still really love the Anne Klein watch, however for weddings (and as a momma) it was challenging for me because I had to press a button to see what time it was. While I’m working weddings, I often don’t have any hands free to press it. Hence the welcome to the Apple Watch. I got this back in September as a late bday gift for myself and have been obsessed with it ever since! As a wedding photographer, it’s a must. It makes communicating with my 2nd shooters WAY easier because all texts and calls come to my wrist – so I never miss a call about the groomsmen being behind. Aside from that, you have access to tons of apps that work off your phone (you have to have both turned on to have full functionality of the watch). The other part I love? The fitness tracking. It tells me real-time how many steps I have, how much I stand each day, and it motivates me to stand longer. It sends little health reminders to get up and move. And it tracks my heart rate, which is great when you’re trying to get to optimal range for burning cals!

This nail color. We already know my obsession with Essie’s line. But this month, I’ve been obsessed with this color – Wicked! It’s a mix of a deep deep red but honestly looks a bit more black when it goes on. I’m a sucker for a black/deep nail in the fall/winter months! Use it with the gel setter for a 1-2 week no-chip at a fraction of the cost from nail salons :)
