After our conversation, you’ll receive my Welcome Guide, which outlines everything you need to know about the process, session options, and investment. It gives you a clear picture of what to expect and helps you feel confident about moving forward.

Book your session
Once you’re ready, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A signed contract and deposit officially reserve your session. At this stage, you’ll also receive your Session Prep Guide — packed with tips on wardrobe, locations, timing, and how to make the most of your experience.

Use your guide to plan outfits, think about meaningful locations, and gather everyone involved. I’m always here to answer questions or provide recommendations so your session feels effortless, intentional, and tailored to your story.

On session day, we’ll capture moments that feel natural, emotional, and authentic. My goal is to make the experience relaxed, fun, and reflective of who you are — resulting in portraits that truly tell your story.

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION LAST?
Sessions generally last 60–90 minutes, depending on the type of portrait and the number of people involved. This allows for intentional, thoughtful moments, natural flow, and capturing authentic interactions without feeling rushed.
When will we receive our photos?
Portrait sessions are delivered within 2–3 weeks of your session. You’ll receive a thoughtfully curated gallery of images, fully edited and ready to be cherished as artful keepsakes.

HOW SHOULD WE PREPARE?
I send every client a Style & Session Guide with tips on wardrobe, colors, textures, and coordinating outfits. It also covers timing, locations, and what to expect, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your session.
DO YOU PROVIDE GUIDANCE FOR POSING?
Yes — while I focus on authentic, emotional moments, I also provide gentle direction to help you feel natural and confident. My goal is to make the experience effortless while maintaining an editorial, refined aesthetic.
CAN PETS BE INCLUDED IN PORTRAITS?
Absolutely! Pets are welcome and often bring warmth, personality, and genuine emotion to portraits. Just me mindful if you want them in all photos or just some, and plan to have someone there for your pet when they're not in the photos.
Do you travel for portraits?
Yes! I love following stories wherever they unfold. Whether it’s local locations or destination shoots, I’ll travel to create refined, intentional, and emotional portraits wherever life takes you.
can we request specific locations?
Definitely! If you have a meaningful location in mind, I’ll capture your session there. If not, I’m happy to provide a selection of my favorite locations that are refined, visually striking, and work beautifully with natural light.
What happens if it rains?
I always monitor weather conditions and will reschedule if necessary to ensure your portraits are captured in the best possible light.
How many images will we receive?
You’ll receive a curated collection of fully edited images that reflect the essence of your session. The number varies by session type, but each image is carefully selected to tell your story and capture meaningful connection.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS OR ALBUMS?
Yes! I offer a selection of fine art prints and albums for those who want to turn their portraits into tangible, lasting keepsakes. These are designed to complement the refined and intentional style of your images.
DO YOU REQUIRE A CONTRACT OR DEPOSIT?
Yes, all sessions are confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date. This ensures a smooth and intentional experience from start to finish.
CAN I BOOK A SESSION AS A GIFT?
Yes! Portrait sessions make a thoughtful and meaningful gift for loved ones. I can provide gift certificates and guide you through the booking process to make it effortless and special.
